A little clarity before you choose.
Will it attach to my phone?
MAGNAURA attaches to suitable magnetic phones and cases. For supported non-MagSafe phones or cases, use the included adhesive magnetic ring. Fit depends on your device, case material and mounting surface; compatibility is not universal.
How does the integrated phone stand work?
Attach MAGNAURA securely to a compatible phone, unfold the integrated base and place it on a stable, level surface. Check that the phone is balanced before releasing it. Stability varies with phone size, weight, case and position.
Can I adjust the lighting?
Adjust the colour temperature from 2700K to 6500K and position the light towards your subject. Lighting is adjustable rather than limited to three fixed brightness modes.
How do I charge it?
Charge through the USB Type-C port, following the product instructions. Charging time and runtime depend on use; no specific runtime is promised.
Is the stand a separate accessory?
No. The phone stand is integrated into the light. The included adhesive magnetic ring helps with attachment to supported non-MagSafe devices.
Shipping & dispatch
Shipping is included in the product price. Orders are dispatched within 24 hours. Delivery time depends on destination and courier serviceability.
3-month limited brand warranty
MAGNAURA provides a 3-month limited brand warranty from the date of purchase, covering functional manufacturing defects only. Covered defects are eligible for repair within this warranty period.
The warranty applies to failures affecting the normal operation of the product under intended use. It does not cover cosmetic or visual imperfections, including scratches, marks, dents, discoloration, colour or finish variations, surface blemishes, minor alignment variations, normal wear and tear, physical or accidental damage, liquid damage, misuse, improper charging, unauthorised modification or repair, or damage caused by external factors.
Cosmetic or visual conditions that do not affect the functionality or performance of the product are not covered under this warranty. Proof of purchase may be required for warranty claims.
